{"id":2005,"date":"2026-03-27T13:51:07","date_gmt":"2026-03-27T13:51:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ren.valroya.org\/?p=2005"},"modified":"2026-03-29T18:51:52","modified_gmt":"2026-03-29T18:51:52","slug":"une-reponse-insatisfaisante-du-ministre-des-transports","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ren.valroya.org\/?p=2005","title":{"rendered":"Une r\u00e9ponse insatisfaisante du ministre des transports"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-cbfe5fab\"><h4 class=\"uagb-heading-text\">Le ministre des transports, Philippe Tabarot, a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/ren.valroya.org\/?p=1649\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/ren.valroya.org\/?p=1649\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">notre courrier de 2025 qui demandait le report de financement de la route vers le rail<\/a>. <\/h4><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-f8ff2971d797aae6e134c3454c990d5c\" style=\"color:#f8a015e8\"><strong>Dans sa lettre, publi\u00e9e ci-dessous, il avance des arguments en faveur du doublement du tunnel routier, donc du r\u00e9al\u00e9sage du tunnel historique, que nous contestons.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Concernant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, elle est maintenant assur\u00e9e par les bypass entre le nouveau percement en fonction et le tunnel historique \u00e0 m\u00eame d&rsquo;assurer la fonction de galerie de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concernant la fluidit\u00e9 de la circulation, on sait que le trafic augmente immanquablement d\u00e8s qu&rsquo;on facilite un passage routier, d&rsquo;autant plus qu&rsquo;il est international ; ce sera le cas s&rsquo;il y a r\u00e9al\u00e9sage du tunnel historique et fin de l&rsquo;alternat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Concernant la r\u00e9silience, qui se d\u00e9finit comme \u00ab\u00a0la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me \u00e0 retrouver un fonctionnement normal apr\u00e8s une perturbation\u00a0\u00bb, le terme ne s&rsquo;applique pas \u00e0 propos du tunnel. Le trafic routier au col de Tende \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 anormalement dense avant le projet de doublement. Les seules mesures qui permettraient au tunnel d&rsquo;\u00eatre r\u00e9silient consistent \u00e0 s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;en aucun cas le trafic routier ne sera augment\u00e9. Celui-ci n&rsquo;a pas sa place dans une vall\u00e9e fragile qui abrite plusieurs sites Natura 2000. Aussi rajouter de la pollution locale \u00e0 celle qui arrive d\u00e9j\u00e0 du littoral et du Pi\u00e9mont industriel n&rsquo;est pas acceptable.
